PHONE LINES

We use digital hard-wired landline telephone service, not VoIP. Although VoIP is a little less expensive, we believe in the tried and true method because it delivers more messages to answering machines and voicemail and the audio quality of the call is much better. We can deliver thousands of calls per minute.

CALLING LISTS

You can enter your calling lists on our website adding names and numbers one at a time. Then edit from anywhere you have access to the Internet. There are three fields: First Name, Last Name and Phone. If you have your lists in a spreadsheet, email it to us and we'll upload your names and numbers to the website for you. SENDING A MESSAGE

Record your message by calling a special toll free number. You will receive that number when you set up an account. After you complete your recording, it will be played back to you. Accept it or re-record as necessary. You'll be asked to choose when you want the message sent, including ASAP.

CALL PROGRESS

Usually all numbers are dialed at the same time. There are several possible results for each call. Call results include: answered by a person, answering machine, busy, no answer or operator. For busy and no answer calls, we will try again several more times. Each attempt is documented in a customized call report.

ANSWERING MACHINE AND VOICEMAIL

Phone Tree Wizard will leave your message on answering machines and home and cell phone voicemail boxes.

CALL REPORTS

Every completed and / or attempted call is logged. We upload call reports daily to your account.
